Delicious mustard sauce

So, here's the recipe for a really tasty mustard sauce:
You need for one person: (you can extrapolate the ingredients, if one is to several!)
- 3 tsp margarine
- 3 teaspoons of onions, very finely diced.
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 250 ml broth (beef or vegetable stock, also made from powder)
- Milk, low in fat
- Pepper salt
- Mustard medium hot
Melt the margarine in a sufficiently large saucepan, fry the onions until translucent. Then add the flour and sauté. Do not get too dark! Deglaze with broth and stir, stir, stir! Now the sauce is getting thick. All lumps must be gone! Now add the milk, until the sauce is neither too thick nor too soggy. Season with salt and pepper. Now the mustard, as much as you like. Attention: The sauce must not cook now, because the mustard is otherwise bitter, and the sauce tastes then bitter.
Goes well with boiled eggs or boiled fish.
