Delicious sheep cheese (feta) dip
This delicious feta cheese (feta) dip is often seen at the Turkish stalls, but you can easily make it yourself:
You take:
1 packet of feta or feta cheese
1 packet of cream cheese
1 clove of garlic
5 - 6 dried tomatoes from the jar and some of the oil
salt and pepper
The ingredients are all blended well with the blender together. Depending on the desired consistency you give a little more or less of the oil in which the tomatoes are inserted.
Finished!
We like this dip to fresh baguette. It also goes very well with grilled!
It can be varied very well, e.g. you can replace the tomatoes with pickled peppers. Or you can add some Sambal Oelek if you like to eat hot.
If you want to enjoy calorie-conscious, you can also take the light variants of feta and cream cheese. Maybe you can then use a little more garlic, so that the taste remains nicely intense.
