Delicious tiramisu

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 100 g spoonfuls
  • 50 ml cold espresso
  • 2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

preparation

  1. Stir egg yolks and sugar with the hand mixer (whisk) until foamy.
  2. Add mascarpone spoonwise and season with Amaretto, stirring continuously!
  3. Lay out the bottom of a flat baking dish with half of the sponge cake and drizzle with espresso. Distribute half of the mascarpone cream on top. Now lay out a layer of sponge biscuits and sprinkle with espresso again + spread mascarpone cream.
  4. Cover it for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, so that it can pass well! Before serving, dust the dessert with the cocoa powder and enjoy.
