Delicious tiramisu

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 g mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 100 g spoonfuls
- 50 ml cold espresso
- 2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
preparation
- Stir egg yolks and sugar with the hand mixer (whisk) until foamy.
- Add mascarpone spoonwise and season with Amaretto, stirring continuously!
- Lay out the bottom of a flat baking dish with half of the sponge cake and drizzle with espresso. Distribute half of the mascarpone cream on top. Now lay out a layer of sponge biscuits and sprinkle with espresso again + spread mascarpone cream.
- Cover it for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, so that it can pass well! Before serving, dust the dessert with the cocoa powder and enjoy.
