Dessert: coconut and pineapple quark
Coconut Pineapple Quark: A delicious dessert!
ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- a little lemon juice
- 500 g of low-fat quark
- 1 can of pineapple pieces (small tin)
- 100 g coconut flakes
- 100 g of cream
preparation
- Crush the banana with a fork and mix with 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir in the quark and puree everything with a blender.
- Drain the pineapple pieces, collecting juice. Stir some tablespoons of juice under the cottage cheese to make it creamy.
- For decoration, place 3 tablespoons chopped pineapple and 2 tablespoons coconut flakes. Mix remaining pineapple and coconut flakes under the quark.
- Beat the cream until stiff and pull it under the quark. Allow to cool in the fridge for about 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the rest of the pineapple pieces on the quark and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
- If you like, you can eat rusks, biscuits or butter biscuits. Is not a must, the cottage cheese tastes so great!
