Dessert: coconut and pineapple quark

Coconut Pineapple Quark: A delicious dessert!

ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • a little lemon juice
  • 500 g of low-fat quark
  • 1 can of pineapple pieces (small tin)
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 100 g of cream

preparation

  1. Crush the banana with a fork and mix with 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir in the quark and puree everything with a blender.
  2. Drain the pineapple pieces, collecting juice. Stir some tablespoons of juice under the cottage cheese to make it creamy.
  3. For decoration, place 3 tablespoons chopped pineapple and 2 tablespoons coconut flakes. Mix remaining pineapple and coconut flakes under the quark.
  4. Beat the cream until stiff and pull it under the quark. Allow to cool in the fridge for about 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the rest of the pineapple pieces on the quark and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
  5. If you like, you can eat rusks, biscuits or butter biscuits. Is not a must, the cottage cheese tastes so great!
