Egg carton as a party plate
After I recently presented my recipe: Mexican party cakes in the category finger food, I would like to contribute a tip on this topic. For years, when I'm asked to bring something for a party, I get a 30s egg carton, which I fill with the said meatballs and decorate the whole with small tomatoes, radishes and parsley. This has the advantage that the host can dispose of this part afterwards and I do not have to run after a borrowed record.
