If you can not buy Clotted Cream, you can manage and make something very similar yourself. Clotted Cream tastes great with scones and other pastries.
ingredients
- 110 g mascarpone
- 240 ml high-fat whipped cream
- Approximately 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- Who likes: a little finely grated lemon peel
preparation
- Stir everything until the consistency of soft cream results.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
