Fast, cheap quiche - slices of frozen puff pastry

Here's something quick, if you do not feel like cooking;)

This is super delicious, healthy and costs little work!

Ingredients:

(everything is cheap at the discounters)
2 packs of puff pastry (about 500 g)
1 onion
1 stick of leek or for "rotten":
Buy 1 pint of frozen leek and freeze the rest
250 g cooked ham
1 cup of sour cream
1 packet of grated cheese (about 200 g)
Salt, pepper and possibly a little nutmeg

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

Cut leek into thin slices.

Cook the leek for about 10 minutes in vegetable stock, also for the frozen leek.

Dice the onion and ham and mix with the boiled leek, sour cream and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and possibly with a little nutmeg.

Now roll out the puff pastry and coat the puff pastry with the mass. Now roll the puff pastry into a "sausage". Finally, with a sharp fair cut the "sausage" into strips.

Now on the baking sheet (previously laid out with baking paper) and wupp for about 20 minutes in the oven.

Here I have not specified any number of people, as everyone eats a lot individually.

I think 3 snails per person, but if adolescent children eat, then I do not know. ;)

Enjoy the meal!
