Fast speculoos tiramisu

Recipe for about 5 people


  • Spice speculum (depending on the shape about 20 speculaus, who likes the soil thicker, can simply take even more)
  • 750 g of lean quark
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 - 7 tbsp Amaretto (if you prefer the non-alcoholic version, there is also amaretto syrup)
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of spiced biscuit (also to taste)
  • 1 tbsp (baked) cocoa (baking cocoa is not so super sweet)


Take a casserole dish and spread the speculoos on the ground, I roughly chopped them before. Mix amaretto and water and pour evenly over the ground. Now I mix the quark with the sugar and the speculum spice (please taste after a spoon, it is a matter of taste how intense you like it!)

Now I push the soggy mass a little flat and spread the Quarkmasse on it. With an EL I go about the mass, so that small peaks arise and finally distribute the cocoa over it with a sieve.

Approximately Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours and the Christmas tiramisu is ready (I always let it soak overnight, it tastes a bit better then, because it is properly pulled through)
