My son once brought a great and easy to cook recipe for stuffed pita bread from the oven, from a school trip. The students had to cook there themselves.
Ingredients for 2-3 persons
- 1 flatbread
- 6 slices of ham (1 pckg)
- 6 slices of Gouda (1 pckg)
- 1.5 bars of herb butter (take it out of the fridge early enough!)
preparation
- Cut the flat bread into 6 equal pieces of cake.
- Cut all the pieces across and brush each with herb butter.
- Then place 1 slice of cooked ham and a slice of cheese on the bases.
- Cover with the shell.
- Finally, lightly coat the top with herb butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 175 ° hot air.
- The cheese runs, gets a little brown, the flatbread on top really crispy.
