fillet of pork "Au gratin

Gratinated filet on creamy sweet for 4 persons:

  • 750 g pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 400 g each of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 sachets of sauce hollandaise powder (for each 1/4 L)
  • 300 g of whipped cream
  • 150 g butter

preparation

  1. Cut pork fillet into slices of approx. 1.5 cm thick. Sauté briefly in hot oil from both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash fresh vegetables and cut into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain, catch the ground. Distribute vegetables in a baking dish. Spread fillet slices on top.
  3. Measure out 300 ml vegetable stock, bring to a boil, stir in the sauce powder, add the cream, bring to the boil while stirring.
  4. Beat butter in pieces underneath.
  5. Pour sauce over fillets and vegetables. In the hot oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes gratinate. To taste croquettes.
