Fine leek casserole

At the moment Leek (Poree) is cheap. For a casserole (4 people) we need:

A good kilo of leek, about 1 pound of potato.
Salt / pepper / some nutmeg, shot white wine, 1 cup of cream, a cup of milk and two eggs.

Cook the potatoes as a jacket potato, peel and cut into thicker slices. Cut the leek into 2 cm thick rings, wash and steam for about 5 minutes.

Add eggs, cream white wine, milk and spices together. Mix the potato slices and the leeks into a casserole dish, pour over the melted liquid and place in the oven. Bake at about 180 degrees until the casserole is a bit brown at the top.
Of course, whoever wants to can give a cheese layer on top as well. Then it gets really spicy.

There is a crisp salad. This is a simple, meat-free and inexpensive meal without much work.
