Fish casserole with herbs

Ingredients:
500 g fish fillet
lemon juice
30 g butter
2 onions
150 g of butter cheese
1 can of corn
1 bunch of parsley
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp "Herbs of Provence"
1 tsp paprika (noble sweet)
Salt pepper
knobs of butter
1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation:
- Cut fish fillets into portion pieces, salt and clean.
- Fry the onions in the heated butter.
- Add corn, diced cheese, chopped parsley and herb mixture.
- season with salt and pepper.
- Place half of the pieces of fish in a greased baking dish (with lid).
- Spread the cornmeal on top of it, add the remaining fish fillets to the corn mixture.
- Distribute butterflakes on top.

Put the closed baking dish into the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Just before serving pour 1/2 cup of sour cream over it.

This tastes best fresh baguette.
