Fish fillet on onion, apple and raisins
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 4 pieces of fish fillet of your choice
- 2 large onions
- 2-3 sour, firm apples
- 4 tablespoons raisins
- Amaretto approx. 1-2 liqueur glasses
preparation
Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion rings and fry in a glass. Peeled apples and thinly sliced, as well as the raisins. After about 3-5 minutes, add the fish to this mixture. Cover on each side and simmer for about 5-10 minutes (depending on the "thickness" of the fish fillet) or fry as desired.
Add Amaretto to quench and add water. Season as everyone likes it. Actually, only a little lemon is needed for the fish. Some people eat spicy, so everyone should do it their own way.
I just tried it today. We had 2 lunch guests and they wanted fish. I thought so, just do something different. They were so excited, otherwise I would not have written it here.
