Fit with jumping rope

The sport is always hard for us couch potatoes. Often there is no time for the condition training, cycling for 45 minutes, jogging for 30 minutes, these are really nice time-wasters!

Take a jump rope and then jump rope for 10 minutes. It's as effective as 45 minutes of cycling, as exhausting, but less time-consuming! I

I always bring this training session directly after getting up and then there is a refreshing shower :) Try it!
