Florida Salad
A super delicious salad from my mom to the excerpt :)
* refreshing
* very low in calories
* VERY fast in the preparation
ingredients
- 1 small glass of grated celery (320g)
- 1 tin of fruit cocktail (400g)
- 200 g turkey breast or chicken fillet (is also the cold cuts)
- 100g of mayo (you can also take the salad dressing of du-may, then it's really light fare!)
- Juice of a lemon
- salt and pepper
preparation
Drain the celery and the fruit, but hold back a little juice. Mix with the mayo. Chop turkey breast and fold in. Add the juice of the lemon, a little salt and pepper. FINISHED!
Tip:
The salad tastes best when pulled through. You can also take breaded turkey schnitzel.
