The fluffy Kaiserschmarrn tastes delicious and is made quickly!

Today we had Kaiserschmarrn with applesauce again, we do not like raisins, therefore our variant.


ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 5 eggs (separate)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 1 L of milk
  • 2 - 3 drops of Rumaroma (does not have to)

preparation

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix well with the other ingredients (except the egg whites). It should be stirred until the dough no longer contains lumps.
  3. In the end, the protein is well underlined.
  4. Let the pan get hot, add butter or margarine, and always fry some of the dough into the pan, fry on both sides and cut into pieces with a spatula.

Tips

I always place a casserole dish in the oven at 50 degrees and put the already made Kaiserschmarrn into it, until everything is ready, it stays nice and warm.

At the end, sprinkle with powdered sugar, some also give normal sugar over it. Applesauce or other compote.

Of course, the dough with 500 g flour gives a lot of Kaiserschmarrn, who needs less, he just has to take only half of everything.
