Fresh cheese made from yogurt overnight

Sometimes you still have leftovers in the large beaker or even small cups, to which you no longer feel like. Or you realize that you have no more spread for breakfast. It works best with natural yoghurt, not too lean, the cheapest is enough. And so:

Place a coffee filter (of course with a filter bag) on ​​a suitable receptacle and fill the yoghurt. "Stichtfesten" relaxes you a bit on. And it begins to dribble, the whey runs off and after a few hours you have a nice lump of cream cheese. Overnight in the fridge is the most convenient.

I take it as a spread always "natural", but of course you can spice it to taste as the purchased finished.
