Use pine cones to light the chimney
Since I had a lot of pine cones last year and some of them were not suitable for handicrafts, I thought I could take them to cheer for the fireplace.
The cones burn very well and glow for a long time, so you can put wood on it quickly. We have not taken the expensive kindling from the construction market for a long time. In the Naur unsightly cones are often left lying ... but you can take this easily. But you should let it dry well first.
