Fried spaghetti with chicken breast - asian

This Asian pasta dish is prepared quickly and tastes delicious.

Ingredients for about 4 servings

  • about 400 - 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 400 g spaghetti, spaghettini or perhaps Mie noodles
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 stick of leek
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 carrot (small grate)
  • 1 small piece of ginger it goes well with ginger spice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • maybe bamboo shoots (I did not admit)
  • 2 spring onions or 1 small onion
  • Salt, pepper, a small pinch of coriander curcuma and curry

preparation

  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into very fine small pieces.
  2. Cut the peppers into thin strips, the leek into thin rings and the remaining vegetables also small.
  3. Boil the pasta in a little salted water, but 1 minute less than normal, and drain well.
  4. In the meantime, fry the chicken breast pieces in oil in a nonstick skillet, then add the onion, garlic, leeks, peppers, carrots and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. At the end, always add the noodles in small portions and season with soy sauce and the spices, mix everything well and sauté. But with a bigger amount I took a big pot at the end, so I could mix everything well, because the pan would have been too small for that.
