This garlic honey-Marinade with mustard, is ideal for chicken in the oven or on the grill.
ingredients
- 4 toes of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder sweet
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 100 ml of olive oil
preparation
Use a garlic press to squeeze the peeled garlic cloves into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well, the marinade is ready and the chicken can be marinated.
