Cooked potato dumplings
ingredients
- 1 kg of floury, boiled potato
- 225-250 g cornstarch (potato flour)
- Salt, nutmeg

preparation
- Press through the freshly cooked and peeled potatoes, allow to cool.
- Add cornflour and spices to it, pour over boiling milk, add egg and process into dough.
