Cooked potato dumplings

ingredients

  • 1 kg of floury, boiled potato
  • 225-250 g cornstarch (potato flour)
  • Salt, nutmeg
  • who wants marjoram
  • 1/8 l of milk
  • 1 egg

preparation

  1. Press through the freshly cooked and peeled potatoes, allow to cool.
  2. Add cornflour and spices to it, pour over boiling milk, add egg and process into dough.
