Tomato jam
Something completely different and delicious.
You take:
x kg of cherry tomatoes
same amount of sugar
1 whole lemon per 2 kg of tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes and quarter them - in the pot.
Sugar too.
The lemon completely cut into small pieces - even in the pot.
And now cook the whole thing - may take longer, because tomatoes have a lot of water, so please make gel sample. Even if the jam is a bit more liquid - does not matter, tastes anyway.
