Lightning-fast strawberry tartlets
I can not wait until the strawberry time? When it is finally here, there are again strawberries in all variations. For example, quick strawberry tartlets. (Suitable for back-rotten or if it really must go fast, because coffee visit has announced)
You need:
1 pack of the mini cake bottoms or a large cake bottom - that does not matter (bought must go fast)
1 pack of Galetta cream pudding or paradise cream (powders to mix with cold milk are available in many delicious varieties). Oetker. I prefer Galetta mint, because this harmonizes well with the strawberries and tastes very good when chilled! But you can also take the classic with vanilla or delicious eggnog. Or or or.
500 g strawberries cleaned
1 pack of red cake icing
That's how fast it works:
The cream is stirred as it is on the package and placed on the tartlets. Distribute the cleaned strawberries liberally and place the cake on the tarts (as in the packaging). If you like you can still decorate it with some mint. Now you have to let it cool for at least 20 minutes and you can plaster the delicious tartlets.
