garlic potatoes

After I went to the Greek with my friend and had eaten garlic potatoes there, I desperately searched for a similar recipe, but I did not find it.
I just tried it myself and here it is:
ingredients
- 400 g of potatoes
- 1 tuber garlic
- olive oil
- thyme
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- garlic powder
preparation
- Boil potatoes, let cool in slices.
- When done, make some olive oil on a baking sheet and peel the garlic.
- If you have a garlic press, you can squeeze the garlic into it and put it on the plate, if you do not have one you can also chop the garlic (but only half a tuber).
- Then add the potato slices and the remaining garlic (crushed) and the spices.
- Now just add a little oil, mix everything and put it in the oven until the desired crispness is achieved.
Perfect with gyros and tzatziki.
