Mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream: to be delicious
Mashed potatoes are usually a side dish.
With this recipe, the family does not leave their schnitzel, but requires a lookup from the mashed potatoes.
You need:
- 3 pounds of peeled potatoes
- 50 g cream cheese, cream stage
- 50 g butter
- 50 g sour cream
- Salt, nutmeg
- Milk as needed
preparation
The potatoes are cooked in salted water and poured. Then they are crushed with the potato masher and the remaining ingredients are incorporated.
It is added so much milk that you get a creamy porridge. Schnitzel, or spinach with fried egg.
