Garlic yoghurt dressing
For all those who like to eat garlic and do not want to miss the notorious tuber and salad, here is a recipe for a delicious garlic yoghurt dressing:
- 1 pack of finished herbal mixture (no garlic, this is only for hard cores)
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 100g cream
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp of vinegar essence (normal vinegar must of course be more)
- Maggi (for all non-Saarlanders: Maggi = liquid seasoning)
- 1-2 toes of fresh garlic (garlic press or chop very small)
- if necessary dilute with water
Mix well with each other and season with any herbs, salt or pepper. All information is approximate, which should vary according to your taste. Always try first. Goes well with lettuce or lamb's lettuce.
