Gazpacho, green tree frog from green vegetables
This surprisingly green gazpacho is very refreshing on hot days. A sandwich, followed by a plate of berries with yoghurt - and you have a full meal.
Here are the ingredients:
- 1 large peeled cucumber
- 1 large, green pepper
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1 stick celery with green
- 300 ml of clear apple juice - not the naturally cloudy version -
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- Salt, pepper, very little chilli powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
And so it goes:
All ingredients are either in the blender / food processor, or are filled in a bowl and mashed with the electric stir bar.
This amount is enough for 5 to 6 glasses.
Serve with ice cubes and a stick of celery with the green on it.
