Savory puff pastry bags

I like to make these snacks for brunch or just in between. They are easy and fast to prepare:

Puff pastry (the rolled from the supermarket)
feta cheese
tuna
Black olives
Spices at will

First put a tin of tuna in a bowl. In addition, a packet of crumbled sheep's cheese and the black olives (so a handful) pitted and halved. Season as you like and mix everything.

Now take the puff pastry out of the chilli (it should be cold, then work better) and roll out on a baking tray. Cut into eight pieces with a knife. Fill all parts with the mass and squeeze the edges well. You can also brush the edges with whisked egg, then keep it together better. At the end, sprinkle the appetizers with the egg.

Now at 180 ° C for about half an hour in the oven and ready. My Turkish man calls these things "Börek" and can not get enough of them.
