Hausmann's crumb

Ok, does a little bit work? but: it just tastes pha-no-me-nal ..... I liiiiieeebe it ;-)

INGREDIENTS:

one calculates per person

1 small schnitzel of veal or pork (for breading: egg, flour and bread crumbs)

1 slice of bread (eg sandwich white bread, farmer's bread, brown bread)
5-10 fresh mushrooms (a good handful, depending on size), cleaned
1 / 2-1 Tetrapack Sauce Bernaise (if necessary also homemade
1 egg
Salt, pepper, paprika

PREPARATION:

Tap the schnitzel lightly for a short time and, depending on the size, cut it in half (at the end only cover one slice of bread and no pizza plate), season with salt, pepper and paprika and turn into flour. Mix the egg with a little bit of salt and pepper, turn the schnitzel into it, then toss well in plenty of bread crumbs and fry in a nice, crispy manner in butter lard.

Remove the finished schnitzel from the pan and keep warm.

In the frying pan, then sauté the cleaned mushrooms over moderate heat, if necessary, add a little more butter.

While doing so, heat the sauce Bernaise (microwave, pot or water bath) and toast the bread crispy.

Put the sautéed mushrooms in the warm Bernaise sauce. And - last but not least - fry a crispy fried egg in the remaining fat of the frying pan.

On a plate, serve the breaded schnitzel on the toasted bread slice. Cover with the champignon-Bernaise and on top of it the crispy fried egg.

This fits great a nice colorful salad and a cold beer! ;-)

So, have fun trying and hunger hunger :-)
