Homemade homemade spices
Since fixed products are too expensive for me, most of them are the same and they also give off glutamate, etc., I prefer to keep them in stock myself.
e.g. for minced meat or sliced meat
2 tablespoons of paprika (pink)
8 tbsp sweet peppers
5 teaspoons salt
5 teaspoon pepper ground
5 tsp marjoram
5 teaspoons curry (not the very spicy) but also a matter of taste
some pimento and cumin crushed
Put this mixture in a screw-cap and shake.
For about 500 g minced, about 4 tablespoons of this spice mixture are sufficient.
Practically, I find something for caravans, apartments or just as a time saver for the home.
