Homemade red lip care
This is a tip for the women who like to make cosmetics themselves. And this recipe for red lip care is super easy.
You need:
3 tablespoons Vaseline
50 g of grated raw beetroot
1 tsp honey
That is how it goes:
In a small pot on a low flame, the petroleum jelly is heated. Add the grated beetroot and let it run for 10 minutes.
Then pour the liquid petroleum jelly through a coarse sieve, so that the beetroot bits are filtered out.
It fills the lip care in screw-jars - there are very small in pharmacies to buy. You can also take the tiny jars, where there were even capers - if you have saved them.
After cooling, the pink lip care is firm again, but remains a little creamy by the honey.
Since it is only a small amount, you do not need any preservatives. Is it used up cream, you stir yourself fresh.
