Juicy eggnog Guglhupf

I really like this egg liqueur Guglhupf because it lasts a long time and stays juicy.
ingredients
- 1/4 L vegetable oil
- 1/4 L eggnog
- 5 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
preparation
Beat the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the egg liqueur, flour and baking powder. Fill in a greased and floured Guglhupf dish and bake at top and bottom heat, at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (depends on the oven.) Good luck.
