Kettle pie (puttes)

ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 250g onions
  • 2 sausages (butcher)
  • 2 Mettwurst (Butcher)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning (liquid)
  • 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
  • oil

preparation

Peel the potato and rub it in the machine like a potato cake (so that a pulpy mass is created). Put the grated potatoes in a bowl. Peel onion and also grate. Slice the Mett and sausages into the potato mixture. Add tomato ketchup, oatmeal, Maggi seasoning liquid, salt and pepper. Stir well into a roasting pan and sprinkle with oil on top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours in the oven.
