Blue (sour) Zipfel
Blue or sour corners are made quickly.
1 liter of water
1 cup vinegar
if available 1 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of sugar
3-5 bay leaves
salt
5-10 peppercorns
3 onions
2-4 carrots
2-3 pairs of sausages
Cut onions into rings, carrots into pieces. Boil water, vinegar, wine, spices, onions and carrots. Add sausages. Approximately Boil for 15 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper. Finished! With bread or bread rolls.
Can be prepared well and then just warm up.
