Ketchup homemade - low in fat, sugar and low in calories

Here is my recipe for my homemade ketchup for a low-fat, low-sugar and low-calorie diet.

ingredients

  • 1 tetrapack chunky tomatoes with basil (pay attention to sugar content)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (pay attention to sugar content)
  • 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tb homemade vegetable brewing powder, fat-free
  • 1 teaspoon of erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, for curry ketchup neat curry powder

preparation

Mix all ingredients and season with the spices. Transfer to glasses.

Lasts 14 days in the fridge. If you do not like tomato pieces in ketchup, you just have to pass tomatoes.
