Meatballs in cucumber vegetables

Sounds funny, but it tastes awesome!

It is necessary for 2 people if they are very hungry:

1 onion
500g according to minced meat
1 egg
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
800g cucumber
3 tbsp oil
3/8 l vegetable stock
1 cup of cream
3-4 tablespoons light sauce binder
1 bunch dill
1 tomato

That's how it works:
Peel onion and chop finely. Knead the hack with the egg, onion and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. From then shape small meatballs. Peel, halve and core the cucumbers. Cut the cucumber into 2 cm thick slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in it. Remove the meatballs from the pan and fry the cucumbers in dripping. Add broth, bring to a boil and cook the cucumbers for about 5 minutes. Add cream and meatballs and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in sauce binder and bring to a boil again. Finely chop the dill and add. Wash the tomatoes, core them, quarter them and cut into small cubes and sprinkle over the finished dish.
