Carrot and leek and mince pot

Ingredients for 4 persons

500g carrots
500g leek
1-2 onions
500g mixed minced meat
1 / 4l broth
Pepper, salt, paprika
(maybe some red wine, Madeira or sherry)
Sour cream or creme fraiche

Preparation:


Clean carrots and leeks and cut into strips or slices, sauté in a saucepan in a little fat, add the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, fry the onions in a little fat in the pan, add the minced meat, season and roast crumbly. Then put the whole thing in the pot to the vegetables and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Add sour cream or crème fraîche - if necessary spice it up again and if necessary add a little sherry or something similar. Refine.

For this you can potatoes, such. Serve boiled potatoes or boiled potatoes or even delicious bread (herb baguette, flatbread or similar).
