Milanese noodles

Recipe from my mom!

500g pasta
1 large tin peeled tomatoes (or 2 packs of tomato puree or 2 small tins of pizza tomato, or ...)
200g diced ham
1 - 2 cans of mushrooms or fresh
1 - 2 onions
Garlic to taste
1 piece of butter
tomato paste
Spices like salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, oregano, basil

Boil noodles in salted water.


Chop the onions and garlic and sauté in a little oil. Fry the mushrooms and about half of the ham with. Then add the tomatoes, the tomato paste, possibly a little water, spices and a little boil.

When the noodles are ready, drain them and mix with the rest of the ham, possibly some fresh herbs and a piece of butter. Then add the sauce and mix everything together.

It is enough for about 4 - 6 people, depending on how big the hunger of the Mitmampfer is.
