Green noodles with cream sauce
250g of green noodles
1 cup of sweet cream
1 packet of Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 eggs
150g raw ham
cognac
black pepper
Cook the noodles. Whisk the cream, the eggs, the Parmesan cheese and a "dash" of cognac. Season with the pepper. Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with the noodles for a short time. Finally, add the sauce and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is slightly creamy. Do not forget to stir. :-)
