Avocado sauce with pasta, potatoes

It tastes delicious right now in the summer!

You need:

2 avocados
1 organic lemon
1 good handful of parsley, fresh
2 hands full of basil, fresh
3 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed or grated
Vinegar (best balsamic vinegar)
Salt pepper


You should take very soft avocados.

Halve the avocados, remove the core, scrape out the contents with a spoon and puree with the juice of a lemon. To improve the taste, you can cut the (untreated !!) lemon peel into strips and add.

Chop parsley and basil and puree, add cheese and crushed garlic cloves, season with vinegar, salt and pepper.
