Pasta with brunch

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 pack of cooked ham
1 pack of brunch peppers / hot peppers
1/2 packet of cream
500g pasta

1. Dice onion, pepper and ham nicely small.
Sweat well and slowly in the pan.

2. In time cook the noodles as usual.


3. Add the brunch to the peppers, ham, etc. and stir well.
Then add cream as needed to make the whole a nice sauce. I always take about 1/2 packet.

4. Serve with the noodles and who likes to sprinkle for the optical a bit of mild paprika powder.

It also tastes good to children, it's not really hot at all, but my mother, for example, feels that as sharp because you can not stand so much. She adds a pinch of sugar.
You do not need more spices because the brunch is spicy enough.

The recipe is for 4 people.
We are two and always mix the remaining pasta with the sauce put the whole covered overnight in the fridge and gratin it the next day with cheese a few minutes in the oven.
