Muffin form as ice mold
After the move, my ice forms were hidden somewhere in the back of the carton box. But I really wanted to make ice cream at the beginning of summer, so I improvised!
I mashed raspberries and mixed with water and sugar. Then I designed a muffin mold with cling film and filled the mixture up to half in the individual forms, frozen and ready!
Remove from the molds and place in a bowl. Enjoy!
Incidentally, the picture does not show raspberry ice cream but a lemon ice cream and a nut ice cream!
