Noodle sausages casserole
For a quick and delicious noodle sausage casserole you need the following:
- 1 cup of creme fraiche
- 4-5 tablespoons ketchup
- hot dog
- noodles
- Pepper, salt, paprika, other herbs / spices to taste
- Cheese to sprinkle
Preparation:
Cook the noodles according to the packing instructions (it is best to pour them off if they are still a bit tighter), in the meantime cut the sausages (best Viennese) into slices. In addition, mix the creme fraiche with the ketchup and the spices.
When the pasta is ready, drain and put it back in the pot. Then mix with the sausages and the sauce, then place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
