Oatmeal and apple cookies
Oatmeal apple cookies with wholegrain. Something healthy for snacking!
Ingredients: (for about 40 pieces)
- 120 g soft butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 30 g applesauce
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 50 ml of hot water
- 130 g of pungent oatmeal
- 280 g spelled wholemeal flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g chocolate sprouts (bittersweet)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C (circulating air: 180 ° C).
- Beat butter, sugar, applesauce and apple juice in a bowl until frothy.
- Add the soda to a cup, pour in 50 ml of boiling water and stir into the apple sauce.
- Add oatmeal, flour, salt and finally the chocolate drops and stir.
- From the dough with two teaspoons, put small piles at a sufficient distance on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
Baking time: Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: Raisins, chopped nuts or almonds can be used instead of chocolate drops.
