Onion cream meat

Cut the schnitzelfleisch on relatively small cubes, do not cut enough onions, also dice the gherkins. (Quantities are deliberately "hands free.")

Marinate meat with salt, pepper and a good sip of Dresdner Worcester sauce.

In plenty of fat, I take a mixture of olive oil and clarified butter, the onions braise, after a while a good portion of tomato paste with roast.


Now add the meat and fry hot, then the cucumbers. Then turn the flame to a small size, cover with the pan and fry the meat. If necessary, add some cucumber water to the liquid.

When the meat is cooked, some ketchup and sour cream, hot pepper for seasoning. Briefly bring the matter up again.

It tastes of rice, but also dark bread.
