Plum Mirabelle Custard with yoghurt dome
For the plum and mirabelle pudding with yoghurt cover you need the following ingredients:
- Approximately 500 g plums and mirabelles mixed or a corresponding amount of "pure"
- Approximately 250 ml of orange juice
- Approximately 50 - 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 40 g cornstarch
- 500 g cream yoghurt
- Approximately 100 g of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
- Wash, stone and chop the fruits. Boil with the juice, sugar and cinnamon and simmer until the fruits are soft (the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the fruit).
- Puree and, if necessary, pour in with O-juice to 1/2 L Strain the cornstarch with the water, bring the puree to a boil again and add the starch. Approximately Stir well for 1 minute, then distribute to 6 serving dishes and let cool.
- Beat the yoghurt with the sugar and serve over it before serving.
The information for the fruit pudding is "pi times thumb", because much depends on the fruits themselves - how sweet they are, how much water they contain .... just try!
