Potato and egg pie in the springform
With this delicious dish you get 4 people full.
It is cheap and healthy, you can eat it hot and cold - if anything is left!
For a springform you need:
Sliced 800 g boiled potatoes
4 chopped tomatoes
250 g of bacon
1 can of corn kernels, drained
3 eggs, frothy beaten, mixed with 1 cup of cream or whole milk yoghurt in bad conscience because of the whole fat
2 onions, 2 garlic cloves
150 g of grated cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika and cumin
Lay out the springform pan with paper - or butter it out vigorously.
The potatoes are cut into the form, bacon, tomatoes and onions, garlic, corn, the layers are repeated.
Top layer of potatoes.
Finally we pour the egg cream or egg yoghurt over the cake.
If you want to do yourself and the other eaters even more good, some grated cheese, mixed with bread crumbs.
At 200 ° C, the cake is baked for 30 minutes.
You wait a little while, until the cake is easily released from the mold. Then you cut pieces of cake and put on the table still bowls with silver onions and gherkins, pieces of raw carrots.
