Potato dumplings with toast cubes

1 packet Pfanni dumpling powder half and half (12 dumplings)
3 eggs
water
1 slice of toasted toast

Put 3 eggs in measuring cup and then fill up the water so that exactly (including the eggs) the amount is right. Then put everything in a bowl and mix the water-egg mixture. Then stir in the potato powder.

Cut the roasted toast into cubes and place 3-4 pieces each in the middle of the dumpling.

Then prepare everything as it says on the package.
