Prevent splashes when using the blender
Now in autumn, I like to cook a cream of pumpkin soup. The problem has always been that it splashed terribly, if I did not take 100% of the final blending with the blender.
After some experimentation, I have now come up with it, just cut a leftover plastic bag from shopping on one side and to wrap the handle of the blender, so that the pot is completely covered and nothing can spit out. Then simply dispose of the bag.
