Raclette times Mexican

Many have a raclette at home, but it is far too rarely used. When we wanted to do wraps again, I had the idea to move directly to the living room, just to stand in the kitchen.

So the raclette was dug up and everything was prepared. On the plate, the tortillas can wonderfully warm up (with me fit two pieces of the smaller on it) the whole thing takes only 2 minutes.

In the pans you can currently heat his "stuffing" such as corn, tomatoes, rice, shrimp, beans, cheese, etc.

For this we have already prepared the typical minced meat-kidney bean mix and chicken strips and done with in the pans.

Now only fresh salad is missing, as well as sour cream, salsa and guacamole and the happy rolling can begin!
